When you submit an order, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Products, prices and orders
Product details, prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Your order is accepted when Shopify sends the order confirmation. If an item is unavailable, a price is incorrect or delivery details cannot be completed, we may contact you to amend or cancel the affected order.
Payment
Payment options are presented through Shopify checkout. Online payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers enabled for the store. Moments Gift does not receive or store full card details. A payment is complete only when its status is confirmed through checkout.
Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are displayed during checkout. Delivery timing may vary due to location, availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control. The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address and a reachable contact number.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We will assist when reasonably possible, but orders that have already been prepared, dispatched or delivered may no longer be changed or cancelled.
Returns and product issues
Return and exchange requests are assessed according to the item condition, the reason for the request and applicable Qatar consumer protection requirements. These terms do not reduce any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. If an item is defective or does not match its stated specifications, contact us with the order information so that an appropriate repair, replacement or refund can be arranged.
Product presentation
We aim to keep product images, descriptions and specifications accurate. Display settings can affect how colors appear, and packaging or minor product details may change without altering the item's essential purpose.
Customer accounts
You are responsible for keeping your Shopify customer-account access secure and for activity completed through your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. We may update them when the store, its services or applicable requirements change. The latest version will remain available here.
